KUWAIT: A delegation from Keeta, a food delivery platform developed by Chinese tech company Meituan, paid a visit to Kuwait Times and Kuwait News on Tuesday, getting a glimpse into the local media scene.
The stopover, which included friendly conversations and a lighthearted studio game, was part of Keeta’s broader regional exploration as it prepares to enter the Kuwaiti market, following launches in Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia.

The Keeta team is engrossed in a conversation with Kuwait Times Deputy Editor-in-Chief Abdullah Boftain and PR and CSR Manager Jana Alnaqeeb.
During the visit, the team toured the Kuwait Times studio, printing press, editorial department, and archives room, getting a behind-the-scenes look at how the newsroom operates. Impressed by the legacy and scale of the operation, they expressed curiosity and appreciation for the process that shapes local journalism.
