KUWAIT: The Public Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) organized on Thursday a field training program for law students at Kuwait University (KU), aimed at enhancing their skills and promoting the values of integrity and transparency, the authority said in a press statement. The program, which will run until December 11, combines theoretical and practical sessions delivered by specialists from Nazaha.

It covers the law establishing the authority, its objectives and powers, financial disclosure requirements, job rights and duties, the disciplinary system, as well as practical exercises and workshops. Nazaha emphasized that the initiative seeks to equip students with the knowledge and tools needed to understand the authority’s role in combating corruption and fostering transparency in society, while preparing them to meet future legal and professional challenges. — KUNA
