KUWAIT: Zain Kuwait sponsored the 4th edition of Watheefti, the largest career gathering in Kuwait. The event was held over the weekend at The Arena under the patronage of Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Bedah Al-Mutairi. The opening ceremony was attended by Nawal Bourisli, Chief Purpose and HR Officer, and Waleed Al-Khashti, Chief Corporate Affairs and Relations Officer, along with Zain’s HR team and senior executives from leading employers across the public and private sectors.
At the fair, Zain offered graduates and job seekers a comprehensive overview of the career opportunities and professional development paths available at the company, especially in technology and digital innovation. The company also showcased its efforts to invest in young national talent and equip them with future skills in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, and more. This approach reflects Zain’s strategic direction to strengthen the presence of national talent in the technology sector and to empower them professionally in support of a more competitive market.
Watheefti offered a valuable opportunity to engage closely with graduates.

At Zain’s booth, visitors were also introduced to Zain Group’s graduate training program Generation Z (GenZ), which channels the Group’s efforts to invest in young national talent and prepare a new generation of entrepreneurs. The company also invited university students to apply to the Zain FUN program for part-time opportunities. Watheefti is the largest job fair in Kuwait. The event was held over the weekend at The Arena Kuwait with the participation of more than 110 companies from 14 sectors, serving over 40,000 graduates and job seekers, and featured a wide range of knowledge and interactive activities such as panel sessions, talks, workshops, and interviews.
