KUWAIT: As part of its ongoing humanitarian mission, Kuwait’s Namaa Charity has distributed clothes to orphaned children in Lebanon and Yemen under the “Kuwait by Your Side” campaign, now marking its tenth consecutive year. In Lebanon, the initiative was implemented in coordination with the Rekaz Association, reaching 66 orphaned children. The campaign seeks to bring joy to underprivileged families while alleviating financial burdens, particularly amid challenging economic conditions.
Speaking to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Abdulaziz Al-Ibrahim, Head of Communications at Namaa Charity, said the Clothing Project is a cornerstone of the organization’s efforts to support orphans both financially and emotionally. He stressed that bringing joy to orphans is a humanitarian responsibility and a moral obligation that Namaa Charity prioritizes, especially in areas facing economic hardship.
