KUWAIT CITY, April 12: The Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Khaled Al-Tahous, sentenced an employee at Nuwaiseeb border to five years in prison and ordered his dismissal for forging an official document. The court also sentenced a Kuwaiti citizen and his wife — both holders of dual nationalities — to five years in prison and banned them from traveling in the same case. The Public Prosecution charged the employee with forging an official document when he stated in the exit documents of the Kuwaiti and his wife processed, through the Interior Ministry’s computer system at Nuwaiseeb border, that the couple left country.
