KUWAIT CITY, April 22: Jahra backup patrols have referred a young man, identified as Bedoun (Stateless), to the General Department for Drug Control after he was caught in possession of narcotics in the Al-Qasr area.
In a separate incident, Farwaniya backup patrols arrested a Gulf national who was found carrying a bag containing crystal meth. He has been handed over to the relevant authorities for further action.
