KUWAIT: Undersecretary of the Kuwait National Guard Lieutenant General Hashem Al-Rifaie attended the graduation ceremony of the new senior sergeants cohort on Wednesday at the main hall of Sumoud Camp. In a statement issued by the National Guard, Al-Rifaie expressed pride in the graduation of a new group of qualified non-commissioned officers who have received extensive military education and field training.
He emphasized that this course forms a foundational pillar in training senior sergeants, enhancing their combat capabilities and ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their duties with high competence.
The statement added that Al-Rifaie conveyed congratulations and greetings to the graduates on behalf of the National Guard Chief, Sheikh Mubarak Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and the Deputy Chief, Sheikh Faisal Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
