KUWAIT CITY, May 28: The Kuwait Municipality has announced that its field cleaning teams are intensifying inspection tours across all governorates to enforce cleanliness and municipal road occupation regulations. The initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance oversight and ensure compliance with municipal laws.
Faisal Al-Otaibi, Director of the Public Cleanliness and Road Occupations Department at the Capital Municipality branch, stated that the primary objective of these field campaigns is to identify and penalize violators. During recent inspections, his team successfully removed 12 abandoned and scrap vehicles from the Shuwaikh Industrial Area, which were then transferred to municipal custody.
Al-Otaibi emphasized that these inspection tours will continue without interruption and confirmed that the department will not hesitate to take full legal action against anyone found in violation of public cleanliness and road occupation laws.
