KUWAIT CITY, June 11: The Fire and Marine Rescue teams swiftly responded to a drowning incident that occurred Wednesday morning at one of the beaches in the Khiran marine area.
The Al-Muhalab Fire and Marine Rescue Center team successfully rescued the drowning victim and promptly handed them over to the relevant authorities for further care and investigation.
