KUWAIT CITY, Sept 3: The officers of Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh Police Station referred a 37-year-old expatriate to the General Department for Drug Control after arresting him in possession of narcotics. According to his confession, the man was carrying seven sachets of drugs prepared for distribution. Authorities are now working to identify the source of the seized substances.

A security source revealed that a patrol from the Jleeb Security Department became suspicious when a man attempted to flee upon spotting the police. Officers chased him down and apprehended him. A search uncovered four sachets of drugs and three bags of crystal meth in his possession.

During preliminary investigations, the expatriate admitted to being a professional drug dealer. He explained that he was instructed to place the drugs in open yards designated by an unidentified individual, who, according to his claims, only communicates with him via phone.
