KUWAIT: Kuwait’s Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Sabah says the military is stepping up efforts to prepare its personnel for the challenges of tomorrow. “We are keen on raising the level of our military personnel by providing them with the latest concepts and strategic visions related to the future operational environment,” Sheikh Abdullah said, adding that this will help troops “carry out their duties efficiently in protecting the homeland and safeguarding its achievements.”
