KUWAIT: The interior ministry on Wednesday warned motorists against overtaking or deliberately obstructing traffic at U-turns or exits, saying such illegal acts are punishable by fines ranging between KD 15 and KD 20. The law also allows traffic police to impound vehicles involved in such violations for up to two months, the ministry said in a statement, adding that repeat offenders will be referred to the traffic court.
