KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: The Department of Public Cleanliness and Road Works in Hawally Governorate concluded its fourth scheduled inspection campaign, organized according to a plan prepared by the Public Relations Management team.
The campaign resulted in the issuance of 44 violations related to the illegal encroachment of roads and pavements, primarily involving the unauthorized use of public space in front of commercial establishments without the required licenses.
The inspections aim to ensure compliance with municipal regulations, maintain public order, and prevent encroachment on public spaces, thereby safeguarding the rights and convenience of residents and pedestrians.
