KUWAIT: A group of media students from ICSK Senior Salmiya school visited the offices of Kuwait Times and Kuwait News on Sunday, gaining firsthand insight into the workings of the local press. During the visit, the students were introduced to different aspects of newspaper production, including editorial workflows, news gathering, and multimedia reporting.

Jana Alnaqeeb, Public Relations and CSR Manager, guided them through the various departments, offering an overview of how stories move from concept to publication. Omar Al-Nakib, Head of Visual Design, introduced the students to the basics of filmmaking in the newspaper’s studio, while Managing Editor Shakir Reshamwala explained the journalism process and share insights into newsroom operations. Kuwait Times regularly welcomes students and visitors as part of its community outreach efforts, aiming to inspire the next generation of journalists.
