Ministry discusses modernization of cultural offices

KUWAIT: The Ministry of Higher Education on Tuesday reviewed plans and proposals to modernize the work mechanisms of its cultural offices abroad during a meeting chaired by Undersecretary Dr Bader Al-Busairi. In a press statement, Dr Al-Busairi said the meeting reflects the ministry’s commitment to developing the work system of its cultural offices and enhancing their efficiency to meet the requirements of the next phase of educational advancement.

He emphasized that the ministry is implementing comprehensive development plans aligned with the state’s vision to advance the educational system. He noted the crucial role of cultural offices abroad as a direct link between students and the ministry, and as a distinguished representation of Kuwait in academic forums worldwide.

Dr Al-Busairi commended the committee’s efforts in restructuring cultural offices and affirmed the ministry’s dedication to supporting its initiatives, translating them into practical measures to improve institutional performance and better serve students studying abroad.
